Salad with sauerkraut and dandelions
Ingredients:
- boiled egg;
- 60 grams of sauerkraut / pickled;
- a bunch of young dandelion leaves;
- green onions;
- 70-80 gr sour cream.
Cooking:
1. Rinse young dandelion leaves and green onion feathers and chop lightly.
2. Add chopped egg, cabbage to greens and season with sour cream. Salting is optional if sauerkraut is salty enough.
Dandelion Salad with Pork and Sorrel
Ingredients:
- a bunch of young leaves of sorrel and dandelion;
- a small piece of boiled pork;
- rast.maslo for refueling;
- 5-6 walnut kernels;
- 1 teaspoon of honey;
- salt and pepper.
Cooking:
1. Wash the dandelions and sorrel, cut and add salt. To mix everything.
2. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces and add to the greens.
3. Mix vegetable oil with honey, if desired, add a little ground pepper and season the salad. Stir the ingredients.
4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
