  2. Pour 400 grams of flour and a third of one cup of sugar into a bowl. Add 2 yolks there, and then pour in the cooked milk. Now replace the dough with your hands.

  3. Put in the dough 100 g of butter, previously cut into pieces. Cover the container with polyethylene and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  4. Prepare the filling at this time. Pour half a glass of milk into a pan, put two glasses of poppy, half a glass of sugar and a slice of butter in it. When the mixture boils, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook the mixture until thick.

  5. After the appropriate time, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it so that you get a moderately thin layer. Put the cooled stuffing on it, roll the dough into a neat roll and put it on a baking sheet, having previously laid parchment paper on it. Anoint the resulting roll with egg yolk and leave for half an hour.

  6. Bake roll at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. You will get delicious pastries with a golden crust.
