The recipe for this pudding is incredibly simple. First you need to pour milk into the pan and add rice with sugar and salt.

The milk must be brought to a boil, stirring constantly, so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pan. As soon as the milk boils, the temperature should be reduced to a minimum and cook rice for 20 minutes, not forgetting to mix it.

When the rice is almost ready, it must be removed from the heat and add cinnamon and vanilla extract to the pan, mix very well and return to the fire for 5-10 minutes.

Ready-made dessert can be served warm or cold. If desired, you can add raisins.
