  • - water - 125 ml;

  • - milk - 125 ml;

  • - fresh yeast - 10 g;

  • - sugar - 1 teaspoon;

  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;

  • - olive oil - 4 tablespoons;

  • - flour - 420 g.

  • Filling:

  • - ground beef - 250 g;

  • - onion - 1 pc;

  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs;

  • - hard cheese - 150 g;

  • - Mozzarella cheese - 125 g.

Combine water and milk in one pan. Put on fire and heat to about 30 degrees. Pour granulated sugar and yeast into the resulting warm mixture. Then add sifted flour, olive oil and salt. Knead the dough from this mass. It should turn out to be very soft and elastic. Put it in a deep cup, cover with a towel and do not touch for 60 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, chop onions into small cubes and fry in a pan until soft. Then add ground beef. Cook until its color turns brown. Season with salt and pepper. You can also add pizza seasoning if you wish. Allow the resulting mass to cool slightly, then mix with chopped tomatoes. If not, then use ketchup. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put the risen dough onto the work surface and roll out the baking sheet as a rolling pin with a rolling pin. Place on the half-rolled layer the resulting filling so that at least 3 centimeters of free space remains from the edge.

Place the crushed hard cheese and small pieces of "Mozzarella" on the filling. Cover this mass with the free half of the dough and fix the edges. In several places on the top layer of the dish, make small punctures with a fork.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees and send the dish into it for about 25 minutes - it should become rosy. Pizza Calzone is ready!
