The cookie dough for beer combines the features of yeast (thanks to the main ingredient), friable shortbread and easy to prepare puff. In order to make the dough soft, and then the cookies to be rosy, you must prepare all the products in advance, which, by the way, are easy to find in almost any refrigerator:

- 400 g of frozen margarine;

- 1 glass of beer (approximately 200 ml);

- 4 tbsp. sifted flour;

- 100-150 g of sugar;

- vanilla.

Forms for cutting out the dough are also useful. For lack of such, you can do with a glass or any other utensils with curly edges. You will also need a convenient rolling pin and a sieve for sprinkling with powdered sugar.

How to cook

The cooking process should begin with rubbing margarine on a coarse grater. This must be done quickly before it melts. Next, flour, vanilla and almost all the available sugar are added to the margarine in a large container. At this stage, the dough needs to be mixed, rubbed with your hands into large crumbs. And only after receiving such a mixture, you can add beer to it, mix until smooth. Then the resulting dough is manually kneaded for several minutes until it becomes very soft, supple, until it stops tearing and crumbling.

Now you can sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough into a pancake the thickness of a children's finger with a rolling pin. And the most creative part is the cutting out of cookie figures. The rest of the dough between the figures is rolled again and the process repeats. Top cookies are sprinkled with powder from the remaining sugar. You can add cinnamon. To top it does not sprinkle, it is easy to walk on the test with a rolling pin, barely pressing. Bake cookies at a temperature of 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes on a baking sheet sprinkled with water.

Salty cookies

There is an alternative to such a sweet recipe. Instead of sugar and vanilla, add paprika, a little hot-salted cheese, chili pepper and sesame to the dough - in general, everything that gives the appetizer aroma and pungency. Such a test is preferably aged in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut figures can be greased with a beaten egg and after all all the "alternative" ingredients put on top. It is also necessary to bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Such cookies can even be served with salads as a dry hot snack. Perfectly complemented by herbs and any sauces.

The sweet recipe is combined with homemade jams, fruit drinks. The dish acquires an interesting game of taste, if you already sprinkle the finished cookies with lemon juice.
