To make a delicious oatmeal cookie with honey, you will need the following products:

- 2 cups of oatmeal;

- 1 tbsp. l wheat flour (without top);

- ¾ cup sugar;

- ¼ cup of honey;

- 100 g butter or cream margarine;

- 2 eggs;

- ½ cup peeled walnuts;

- vanillin or ½ tsp. cinnamon, or the zest of one lemon.

First of all, pass the oatmeal through the meat grinder, having previously cleared them of garbage. Rub butter or margarine until white with sugar and, continuing to grind, add honey and one egg at a time. The mass should be grated until smooth or so that sugar does not creak under the spoon.

Peeled peeled walnut kernels in a mortar or chop with a knife, then combine with the oil mass. Add vanilla, cinnamon or lemon zest grated on request. Mix well. Pour in oatmeal and a tablespoon of wheat flour. Mix everything again to get a homogeneous mass.

To make oatmeal cookies according to this recipe you will need:

- 1 cup of oatmeal;

- 1 cup of wheat flour;

- ½ cup granulated sugar;

- ½ cup of honey;

- 1 egg;

- 100 g of sour cream with a fat content of 20-25%;

- 100 g butter;

- ½ cup pitted raisins;

- ½ tsp soda.

Rub the butter and sugar well, gradually adding sour cream, egg and honey (if it is sugared, melt the honey in a water bath or microwave). Sort the raisins, rinse and soak for 20 minutes in warm water.

Pass oat flakes through a meat grinder or grind in a blender until fine crumbs and combine with the cooked mass.

Sift wheat flour through a sieve, mix with baking soda and add to oatmeal dough, put raisins and mix well all the ingredients. A viscous mass should be obtained, which is more convenient to mix with a spoon than with a hand.
