Boil water or stock in a saucepan. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and lower them into the pan. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour the vegetable mixture from the bag into boiling water, do not defrost it. Cook the soup for another 15 minutes. Salt. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the soup with fresh herbs.

Vegetable mixture under a cheese crust.

Pour the frozen mixture into a deep lettuce. Stir the eggs with sour cream in a bowl. Add salt. Pour the vegetables with this liquid and put the lettuce in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Grate the cheese. Remove the baked vegetables, sprinkle them with cheese and hold in the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese crust appears.

Omelet with vegetables.

Pour a bag of vegetables into a preheated pan. Close the lid. Stew vegetables in your own juice until excess moisture disappears. Stir occasionally. Salt. Beat eggs separately, add mayonnaise to them. Whip again. Add vegetable oil, beaten eggs to vegetables and fry like an omelet. Vegetables in sweet and sour sauce.

Pour a packet of vegetables into a saucepan or saucepan. Put tomato paste in a deep bowl, add soy sauce, wine vinegar or white wine to it. Stir the mixture. Add honey or granulated sugar. Stir again.
