    • cucumber - 2 pcs;
    • lard - 30 g;
    • rice vodka - 10 g;
    • chicken stock - 20 g;
    • glutomat sodium - 5 g;

    • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
    • eggs - 4 pcs.
    • onion - 2 pcs.
    • vegetable oil;
    • parsley - 1 bunch;

Pre-wash the cucumbers and grate them in a deep plate. Then add milk to this dish and break the eggs into it, thoroughly mixing all the ingredients. Salt the resulting mixture and add ground pepper to it. Then melt the butter in a pan and pour the mixed cucumbers with eggs. Put the pan in the oven and bake the dish for fifteen minutes.

Omelet made according to this recipe can be served on the table as soon as it is cooked. But you can also diversify the dish by adding to it a filling, for example, green peas or any other ingredient of your choice. To do this, put the selected product in the middle of the egg cakes and roll the omelet in half. The dish is ready.

Peel the cucumbers only at the ends. If the peel is thick, it is best to peel completely. Then cut them into cubes. Beat eggs in a deep plate and add cucumbers, salt, rice vodka, chicken stock, glutomat to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan over a fire, having previously added fat to it. Pour the mixed ingredients and place on the stove to cook. After a few minutes, add melted pork fat to the pan and fry until cooked.

You can also cook scrambled eggs with pickled cucumbers and onions. To do this, cut onions and cucumbers into cubes and chop finely the parsley. Beat the eggs, and then add the prepared vegetables to them. Mix everything thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then pour the resulting mixture from the eggs. Put the pan on the fire and fry until a crust appears. Then the fire will need to be reduced and the omelet fried for another minute. After this time, turn the dish over in a pan and fry it on the other side.
