  • - Cardamom grains - 2-3 pcs.;

With carrots, do the following: rinse thoroughly, peel, and then chop. For the last procedure, it is best to use the smallest grater.

Pour fat milk into a deep pan. When it begins to boil, introduce vegetables chopped with a grater into it. Add crushed cardamom grains there. Reduce the heat on the stove to the minimum. Cook the resulting mixture, stirring occasionally, for 2-2.5 hours. Thus, the volume of carrot mass will decrease and it will acquire a saturated color.

When there is little liquid left in the carrot mass, add granulated sugar to it. The amount of sugar depends only on your tastes: if you like sweets, then pour more, if vice versa, then, accordingly, less. Mix everything as it should.

Put the resulting mixture into a pan and fry until almost all of the liquid has evaporated from it.

Place melted butter in a saucepan. If not, you can use creamy. Put the same mass of carrots there. Fry it for several minutes, then add raisins and any fried nuts to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Carrot halva is ready! Serve it warm.
