Seafood Skewers
Ingredients:
- large shrimp;
- scallops;
- bacon;
- Champignon;
- Cherry tomatoes;
- bell pepper;
- a mixture of herbs;
- lemon juice;
- soy sauce;
- olive oil.
Cleanse seafood, rinse under a stream of cool water and pickle in a mixture of herbs (you can use Provencal or Italian). Add lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil in any proportion. Mix everything thoroughly and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours. It is best to prepare seafood in the evening and leave them to marinate overnight.
Moisten wooden skewers with water (this is necessary so that they do not burn in the preparation of barbecue). On skewers string a scallop wrapped in bacon, then shrimp, a slice of mushroom, cherry tomato and so on.
Grill on the coals by putting the skewers on the grill and periodically turning them over. Cooking time approximately 10 minutes.
