You will need

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup semolina

  • 70 ml of vegetable oil,

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 15 grams of butter,

  • 1 cup of sugar,

  • 2 eggs,

  • 15 grams of baking powder,

  • vanillin to taste

  • currants, blueberries, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries to taste.

Instruction manual

1

We heat a glass of milk, dissolve 15 grams of butter in it. Add a glass of semolina to milk and butter and leave for half an hour, let it swell. If you want a more airy manna, then leave the semolina to swell for two hours.

2

Beat two eggs with a glass of sugar, add vegetable oil and beat again.

Put the prepared semolina with milk in a bowl with beaten eggs. Mix with flour, vanilla (take the amount of vanillin to taste) and a baking powder.

3

Roll currants in a small amount of flour and add it to the dough. Lubricate the form with oil, sprinkle with semolina. We shift the dough with berries into the mold.

4

We set the baking mode on the multicooker and bake our mannik for 70 minutes. Mannik can also be baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. We transfer the finished manna to the grate and leave it to cool. Turn the cooled mannik over and sprinkle with powdered sugar or vanilla. Serve on the table with tea or milk.
