- 2 hard tomatoes;

- 1 avocado;

- 100 g Mozzarella cheese;

- 1/2 blue onion;

- a little basil;

- a bunch of salad;

- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Ingredients required for preparing a dressing:

- 15 grams of mustard;

- 90 ml of olive oil;

- 40 grams of liquid honey;

- 50 grams of lemon juice.

Cooking a light salad with avocado:

1. Tomatoes need to be washed and cut with a sharp knife into pieces of medium size. It is important that the pieces keep their shape and do not fall apart.

2. Peel blue onions, wash in cold water and cut into thin half rings.

3. Wash, cut and remove the avocado. Peel and cut the halves into approximately the same pieces as the tomatoes.

4. Combine all products in a salad bowl and add washed and torn lettuce leaves. Also add a few small basil leaves.

5. Top with Mozzarella. Cheese balls can be cut into 4 parts. Mix the salad.
