Essential Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;

Cooking:
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, flour and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk. In a separate enamel bowl, mix the sugar with the rest of the milk, then put the mixture on low heat and bring it to a boil. When the liquid boils, gradually pour the first part of milk with flour and eggs into it. Cook the cream until thickened - about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the mass from the fire, add butter to it, then mix thoroughly and leave to cool to room temperature. Before decorating cupcakes, custard should be placed in the refrigerator for a while to set.
Cream for cupcakes from sour cream and condensed milk
Essential Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 200 g butter;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 300 g chopped walnuts.
Cooking:
First, beat the condensed milk with a slightly softened butter. If desired, you can use boiled condensed milk. In the resulting mixture, add sour cream, chopped nuts and again whisk all the ingredients until smooth. Remove the finished cream to cool in the refrigerator, and then decorate with it freshly baked muffins.
