Grind the iris (preferably finer) and melt in a water bath. Into the warm melted iris we mix one and a half teaspoons of soft butter and half the cream. Mix everything thoroughly, we should get a smooth consistency.

We clean the hazelnuts in advance, we need half a glass. Fry hazelnuts over low heat, look do not overcook (if you wish, hazelnuts can be replaced with almonds or any other nuts).

Lubricate molds for future sweets with vegetable oil. We pour the prepared mass of iris into molds, and put in the center on the fried nut.

Forms with blanks are placed in the refrigerator for half an hour.
