- Cake:

- - 200 g of natural yogurt;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 235 g of fine brown sugar;

- - 2 and 2/3 tablespoons poppy;

- - 7 tbsp orange jam.

In another container, combine all the other ingredients and mix them thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency. Pour in the jam and yogurt mixture and mix again quickly quickly.

Pour the dough into the mold and send to the oven for 70-75 minutes. If the cupcake is browned ahead of time, cover it with foil so that it does not burn out.

In the microwave, warm the icing jam and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
