Zucchini stuffed with vegetables is a tasty and unpretentious dish, which almost everyone can cook. Stuffed dishes are rightfully considered festive, which means that their preparation will be an occasion to invite friends to the house.

Cooking zucchini stuffed with vegetables. What products will be required:

- medium-sized squash - 5-6 pcs.;

- small carrots - 1 pc.;

- onions - 2 heads;

- cheese - 50 gr.;

- butter - ½ pack;

- eggs - 2 pcs.;

- boiled rice - 2-3 tablespoons;

- flour - 1 tbsp;

- sour cream - ½ cup;

- tomato paste - 1 tbsp;

- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

We start cooking. Wash the zucchini, peel (if young, then leave the peel) and cut into 3-5 cm thick circles. Then remove seeds and part of the pulp from them. Boil the water, lower the rings into it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then get it, put it in a colander and cool. Finely chop the carrots and onions and lightly fry in butter. Add chopped greens, chopped eggs, boiled rice, salt, pepper, pour a little water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Put cooked minced meat on zucchini and put it in a greased form. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the zucchini and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 10 minutes. During this time, you can prepare the sauce for zucchini. To do this, pass the flour in butter, add sour cream, tomato paste, salt and bring to a boil.

Put ready zucchini on portioned plates and serve with sour cream and tomato sauce.
