You will need
- - 1 sachet of baking powder
- - 4 tbsp. l margarine
- - 1 cup flour
- - 1 cup semolina
- - 0.5 pcs. lemon juice
- - 0.5 pcs. lemon zest
- - 1.5 cups of yogurt
- - 4 cups of granulated sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 3 glasses of water
- - coconut flakes

Stir the yolks with sugar first. Add semolina, flour, yogurt, juice and zest of half a lemon, melted margarine and baking powder. Mix everything well.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer. Gently mix the proteins with the dough.

Put in a baking sheet or baking dish. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.

Make syrup. Stir the granulated sugar with water and cook over medium heat until it boils.

Pour the hot pie with sugar syrup. When cool, cut into triangles or squares and sprinkle with coconut.
