You will need

- -200 g of rice;
- -40 ml of olive oil;
- -200 g chicken fillet;
- -1 tomato;
- -1 bell pepper;
- -1 onion;
- -200 g of string beans;
- -1/2 lemons;
- -2 cloves of garlic;
- -1/4 chili peppers;
- -1/2 tsp saffron;
- -0.5 l chicken stock.

Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and fry the garlic and hot pepper. After frying, remove them from the pan.

Cut the chicken into slices. Put in the pan with the remaining oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes. We remove and remove to the side.

Frozen thawed sea cocktail in the same pan for 2-3 minutes. Like chicken fillet, remove and put aside.

Now fry the onion until half-cooked, add chopped bell pepper and garlic and fry them, stirring 3-4 minutes.

Finely chop the tomato and add it and green beans to the onion and pepper.

Put the steamed rice on top of the vegetables.

Pour it and vegetables with chicken stock and add saffron. Top with fried seafood and chicken fillet. Close the lid and bring the rice to readiness.

Garnish with fried shrimp and lemon and can be served!

This dish cannot be laid out on plates. Paella is eaten from the pan while it is hot.
