- 3. Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- ginger;
- 4. Cherry berry;
- 5. Cherry wine.

Rinse the goose carcass thoroughly under running water and dry. Cut into portions.

Stuff each piece individually with garlic, making a small cut and putting half a clove of garlic cut lengthwise into it. In addition, stuff the meat with pitted cherries.

Add salt and pepper to each slice, sprinkle with nutmeg and ginger.

Fold in a deep pan and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. Then reduce the fire and simmer until the liquid finally boils.

Pour in about 3/4 cup of cherry wine and continue to simmer until all the liquid has evaporated. Goose slices ready! Bon Appetit!
