Kiwi must be cleaned, cut into small pieces and put in a pan.

Pour kiwi with sugar, squeeze the juice of lemon, mix, cover the pan with the lid and leave it for at least 2 hours (it is better to leave the kiwi with sugar all night so that they give maximum juice).

We put the pan on the fire, bring the kiwi in its own juice to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the fruit for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the foam. A few minutes before the jam is ready, you can add agar-agar.

To keep the kiwi jam as long as possible, you need to lay it out in sterile hot jars in a hot condition.
