• 25 g flour.

Cooking

1. Put the "Jubilee" cookies in a bowl and crush into small crumbs.

2. Melt the butter and pour into cookie crumbs. Mix everything to the state of wet sand and put in a baking dish, forming the base and sides of the base.

3. Send the cookie-filled form to the oven for 7-8 minutes, heated to 200 degrees. After that, remove the form, and completely cool its contents.

4. Remove the ingredients for the cheese layer from the refrigerator in advance so that they reach room temperature. This step is very important for cheesecake, so it’s better to remember it.

5. Put cottage cheese (room temperature) into a deep container and mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth. Then add flour, sugar and lemon juice to the cheese. Mix everything with a mixer, using only the minimum speed.

6. Drive eggs and yolk into the mixed curd mass. Mix everything again, then pour in the cream and mix again until smooth. Pour the finished curd mass onto the base of the cookies and smooth with a spoon.

7. Bake a cheesecake in a water bath. This means that the form with the cheesecake must be in the container with water, and this container in the oven.

8. So, send the water bath with the form for 1.5-2 hours to the oven, heated to a temperature of 110-140 degrees. Baking time and temperature are approximate, as each oven has its own characteristics, which must be taken into account.

9. Remove the prepared cheesecake from the oven, completely cool and decorate with slices of kiwi, orange and mandarin. Serve with aromatic coffee.
