Cooking:

  1. Let's start with the preparation of raisins. It is sorted out, washed thoroughly, and then soaked in a small container.

  2. Pour yeast, sugar and flour into warm milk (40 degrees). The mass must be thoroughly mixed and put away in a warm place.

  3. Next, melt the oil to a liquid state. Vanilla sugar, eggs, salt and sugar are placed in it. Everything is thoroughly mixed and poured into a suitable dough. The flour intervenes in small portions so that a tough dough is obtained. Again, we remove the heat.

  4. Prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, raisins (drain water), vanilla and plain sugar, and an egg in a cup. Mix everything thoroughly. In the event that the resulting mass is liquidish, you need to add a little flour or semolina to it.
