The fourth way. Sandwiches with red caviar and tesa pasta.

1 Tesu cleanse the skin and bones. Pass it through a meat grinder with feta cheese. Add the butter softened at room temperature to the mass. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Smear the long loaf with the resulting mixture, put the red caviar on top.

The fifth way. Red caviar in tartlets.

Cook the dough. Melt the margarine, cool it. Mix margarine with water, egg, half a teaspoon of salt until smooth. Pour in the vinegar. Add flour to the resulting mixture and knead the dough. Cover the pan with the dough and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll the dough into a thin layer. With a glass or mug, cut circles out of it.

Grease metal forms with vegetable oil. You can also use silicone baking tartlets. Put the circles of dough in the molds, press it against the walls and the bottom, trim the edges.

Bake tartlets in a moderately heated oven until golden brown. Remove the finished tartlets from the tins, cool completely. Put red caviar in them. Put the tartlets on a tray, decorate with greens, serve.

The sixth method. Red caviar on quail eggs.

Boil quail eggs, cut them in half. Mash yolks with the same amount of Philadelphia cheese and butter. Fill the proteins with the resulting filling. Put red caviar on top.

If desired, red caviar can be served on fresh cucumbers, shuttlecocks, as one of the ingredients of sushi or rolls.
