Instruction manual

1

If you want to serve dessert in portions, on a plate, do as you do in expensive cafes and restaurants - take plain dishes and create an abstract composition of sweet sauces, berries, chocolate and similar decorations on them.

2

Pick a sauce and fruits that complement the flavor and taste of your dessert. Do not forget about such traditional jewelry as peppermint leaves, icing sugar and cocoa, chocolate chips. Sweetened fruit puree may also be a sauce. Pureed fruits delight the eye with their bright colors - this is another argument in their favor.

3

Prepare a small ketchup bottle, pour sweet sauce into it and pour a plate over it. You can spray the sauce, draw spirals, zigzags, hearts with it. You can take two different in color, but suitable for the taste of the sauce and make them a beautiful abstract drawing, mixing, but not mixing them to the end with a toothpick. Put a drop of red sauce on black chocolate or cream caramel and draw lines as if you were drawing a Christmas tree - you will get a very interesting pattern.

4

Sprinkle the edges of the plate with powdered sugar, cocoa, coconut, nut or waffle crumbs. Put a curly slice of whipped cream from a pastry bag with a patterned nozzle. The final touch can be fresh berries, fruit slices, chocolate chips, lemon or orange peel. Do not get carried away, otherwise the decoration will overshadow your dessert. Two or three additions are enough, it is not necessary to use everything at once.

5

If you are serving a whole cake or pie for dessert, remember that the easiest way to decorate them is to sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa through a stencil. There are dozens of ready-made decorations for cakes, such as chocolate and marzipan figurines, flowers, and decorative elements. Edible beads, sweet confetti, coconut and almond chips can decorate both cake and cupcakes, muffins, sweet cream, laid out in a bowl through a curly nozzle on a pastry bag.

6

One of the most popular dessert decorations is strawberries. To lay it with a spectacular fan, select, wash and dry large berries, preferably with a bright green rosette of leaves. Make two cuts in each from the sharp tip to the "skirt". Carefully unfold the strawberry fan. If you cut the berry a little on the side where the leaves are, and then cut it lengthwise into slices of the same thickness, then you can lay out the slices with a "ladder".

7

The strawberry in chocolate glaze also looks beautiful. To do this, take the berries with the tail, wash and dry them, and then, holding the twig, dip in melted chocolate. Hold it a little on weight and put on waxed parchment so that the icing freezes. Bring another elegant touch by sprinkling berries in dark chocolate, drops of melted light or vice versa.
