What you need for an unusual breakfast

Scrambled eggs look very beautiful, even if cooked without a hitch. Bright yellow yolk on a snow-white background creates a beautiful contrast and arouses appetite. But the dish can be made even more elegant by giving it an unusual shape. The easiest option is to use a special Teflon-coated pan and recesses. With this useful appliance you can cook four servings of fried eggs in the shape of hearts at the same time. If you don’t have such a frying pan, use the usual one, supplementing it with metal notches for cookies.

You can give a fried egg a beautiful shape without additional devices. Bread or a sliced ​​sausage will help to contain spreading protein. To make the composition even more elegant, supplement it with vegetables of a contrasting color - for example, cucumbers, sliced ​​slices, lettuce and whole cherry tomatoes.

Choose a plain flat plate of a suitable color - on it an unusually decorated scrambled eggs will look especially interesting.

Hearts of sausages and fried eggs

- 4 slices of white bread for toast;

- 4 eggs;

- butter for frying;

- 150 g thinly sliced ​​bacon;

- salt;

- a few feathers of chives;

- fresh cucumber.

For this dish, it is convenient to use ready-made bread for toasts. With a cookie cutter, cut a flower, asterisk or heart in the middle of each piece. Grease the bread with butter and sauté until golden brown. Then turn the slices and release 1 egg into the recess. Fry the eggs until cooked, lightly salting it and sprinkling with ground black pepper.
