Put the dough on the table, divide it into pieces of two to two hundred and fifty grams, roll the balls from them, put the balls next to them and cover with a napkin. Roll them into flat cakes half a centimeter thick in the middle and two centimeters at the edges. Make punctures in the center of the tortilla (either with a special tool called a chekich or with a fork). Cover the formed cakes with a towel.

Allow the cakes to distance for fifteen to twenty minutes. Lubricate each cake with cottonseed oil and sesame seeds. Bring the temperature in the tandoor to 300 ° C, then slightly reduce the heat, put a cotton mitten on the hand, put the cake on the mitten with the back side up, sprinkle it with salt water, stick to a hot wall and, after sticking a few pieces, increase the heat and spray them with water, bake three -four minutes.

Separate the cakes from the walls of the oven using a slotted spoon, grab it with your hand, protected by a long cotton mitten.

Bake cakes in a gas oven: heat it up to 300 ° C, grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put ready cakes on it, sprinkle them with salt water, put a baking sheet on the top shelf of the oven, bake for about five minutes.
