You will need

  • - 500 g non-grained curd;

  • - 400 g flour;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - a pair of a pinch of salt;

  • - 4 tbsp Sahara;

  • - 2 tbsp vanilla sugar;

  • - 16 g of baking powder;

  • - 200 g of white chocolate;

  • - 1 large yolk.

Divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Put the proteins in the refrigerator (to make it easier to beat them later), and carefully grind the yolks with a mixer with added sugar.

Add flour and cottage cheese to the yolk. The latter can even be wiped through a sieve for greater airiness.

Beat the whites in a foam with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Introduce in several doses into the yolk mixture. Knead the dough. Do not worry if it is a little sticky - it should be so.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking sheet on baking paper.

Serve the dough. Sprinkling it a little with flour, form balls, and then flatten them with your palm.

Break the chocolate into slices and put one in the center of each cake. Roll up again so that there are no open seams. Put on the baking sheet with the seam down.

Yolk mixed with 1 tbsp. water and grease buns. Send to the oven until ready.
