  • Egg 1 pc;

  • vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l;

  • vanilla sugar (for white cake) 10 g;

  • Cocoa (for dark biscuit) 2 tbsp. l;

  • Sugar 4 tbsp;

  • Baking powder 1 tsp;

  • Starch 1 tbsp. l

  • For impregnation of cakes:

  • Seedless cherries (can be taken canned) - 300 g;

  • Sour cream - 200 g;

  • A bar of chocolate (for sprinkling).

Combine the egg with sugar and shake well with a fork. Add milk and butter to the egg-sugar mixture and beat with a fork. Combine starch, flour, vanillin (cocoa, if chocolate cake), baking powder. Combine the liquid and dry mix and knead the dough. The dough should turn out liquid.

Take a cake mold (best silicone), line the parchment and pour the batter into the mold. Bake the cake in the microwave for 3 minutes, setting the power to 1000W.

Remove the cooked cake from the microwave and, drawing a knife along the edge of the cake, turn the sponge cake onto the dish.

To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar and coat all the cakes. Garnish the cake with grated chocolate.

Useful advice

This cake will turn out to be more effective and tasty if you bake both white and dark cakes and lay them out alternately.
