  • - A bag of vanilla sugar (approximately 7-10 gr.);

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - zest of 1 orange;

  • - 2 teaspoons of orange juice;

  • - 1 large egg and 1 yolk;

  • - 200 gr. flour;

  • - half a teaspoon of baking powder;

  • - icing sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover it with baking paper.

Put butter at room temperature in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add sugar (regular and vanilla), beat until air is obtained for several minutes.

Add the lemon zest and whip the mass again. Pour in the orange juice, egg and yolk, slightly whip and pour salt, flour and baking powder. Knead the elastic dough.

We fill the pastry bag with a dough or a regular bag with a cut corner. Squeeze the dough onto a baking sheet in the form of rings, leaving a distance of 1-1.5 cm between them.

Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes to make it brown. Put the rings on the grill so that they cool. Garnish with icing sugar.
