    • vanilla sugar 1-2 teaspoons.
    • For cream:
    • condensed milk 8-10 tbsp;
    • butter 200 g

    • walnuts.

Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the squirrels in a lush and elastic white foam. Pour a half glass of ordinary and a teaspoon or two of vanilla sugar in a thin stream. Then enter the remaining sugar, carefully stirring the mass with a spoon.

Put baking paper on a baking sheet or grease it with oil. Put future bezes with a teaspoon or squeeze them with a pastry bag. If the mass is whipped correctly, it should hold its shape well, being laid out on a flat surface.

Bake meringues for 1-2 hours at a temperature of 80-100 degrees. This process is more like drying than baking, so if the stove is old and overheats, you can open it from time to time (but do not clap, otherwise the mass may settle). Meringue will be ready when it hardens.

While the meringues are baked, prepare the cream. To do this, use a mixer to beat the butter until it becomes lush (set the speed to small or medium). At the same time, pour condensed milk in a thin stream, increase the speed and beat the mixture until smooth.

Put a thick layer of meringue on a flat dish. Take the following meringues one at a time, dip in the cream bottom and spread on the first layer. Position the rest so that the result is a slide.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, with a mortar, crush the walnuts. Pour the chocolate cake and sprinkle the nuts on top.

Put the cake in the refrigerator to cool. When the cream hardens, you can serve dessert to the table.

Yolks from proteins should be separated very carefully: if they mix even a little, meringues may not work.
