Instruction manual
1
Pour dried mushrooms with water. For every 100 grams of mushrooms you need 625 grams of water. Leave them in the water for an hour until swelling. You can also use warm milk. It will make the taste of mushrooms more tender.
2
Drain and rinse the mushrooms until the water is clear. Sometimes water is not drained and used as a broth. But keep in mind that porcini mushrooms do not wash when dried.
3
Cut large pieces of mushrooms into smaller ones. Before frying, porcini mushrooms can be boiled, but in this case, part of the nutrients will remain in the broth. In this case, the broth can be used to prepare other dishes, such as soups or sauces.
4
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the butter, wait until it disperses. You can cook in vegetable or olive oil, but butter better reveals the taste of foods and spices.
5
Sauté the onions, add the mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat until tender. Add salt, spices to taste. It is also good to add sour cream or cream to porcini mushrooms. Add flour to thicken the sauce.
6
Serve mushrooms with potatoes, rice or a vegetable side dish. Also, fried porcini mushrooms are used in salads or as a snack. You can stuff peppers or chicken with mushrooms.
note
Mushrooms are quite difficult to absorb by the body, so they need heat treatment.
