Take 1 kg of pork meat. Rinse it well under running water and dry it.

Cut the pork into thin plastics. Beat each slice, salt and pepper. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for about an hour to pickle.

While the meat is soaked in spices, make the filling. She can be anything. For example, boil a few eggs. Chop green onions and eggs, add sour cream and mix well. The filling is ready.

Remove the meat from the refrigerator. Put a filling on each slice of pork, wrap and fasten with a toothpick or kitchen thread.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Put the rolls in it and fry on all sides until golden brown (about 5-10 minutes).

Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet. Put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake rolls for 40-50 minutes.

While the rolls are baked, prepare the sauce. Take 2 packs of processed cheese 100 g each (the taste of cheese can be any). Cut it into small pieces so that it melts faster when cooking the sauce.

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Pour flour into it and brown, stirring constantly, so that it does not burn.

Pour milk into the pan with the butter-flour mixture. It must be added gradually so that clots do not form. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly.

Now add the cheese. Cook over low heat until the milk boils and the cheese is completely dissolved.

Salt, pepper, add fresh herbs to the sauce. Mix well again and remove from heat.

Cover the pan and let the sauce brew for 10-15 minutes. It should not be too thick, but not too thin.
