    • 30 g of walnut kernels;
    • 1 egg

    • vanillin;
    • 100 g of syrup or jam.

Buckwheat porridge with butter Silver and rinse the groats. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and boil. Pour buckwheat into boiling water, mix well and remove the popped grain with a slotted spoon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened (fifteen to twenty minutes). Then cover the pan tightly with a lid and set for an hour and a half for stirring. Before serving, add butter to the porridge. If desired, you can put hard-boiled and chopped into small slices chicken or quail eggs.

Rice porridge with tomato and cheese. Garnish the rice, rinse thoroughly, pour into boiling salted water (six glasses of water per glass of rice) and cook at low boil until cooked. Then throw it on a sieve or colander and let the water drain. Put tomato paste in a pan with butter and lightly fry. Transfer rice to tomato paste, mix gently. Grate the cheese and sprinkle rice on top. You can serve the grated cheese separately.

Semolina porridge with nuts Pour milk in a saucepan, add sugar, salt, bring to a boil over low heat. Then, stirring gently, pour in a thin stream of semolina. Without stopping to stir, cook porridge over low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then cool the porridge slightly, add vanilla and walnut kernels finely chopped or crushed in a mortar. Put a deep enameled mug in hot water. Beat the egg lightly in a mug. Take the mug out of the water and beat the egg until thick foam. In hot semolina porridge very carefully, in several stages, add the beaten egg. Then cool the porridge, put it on plates and pour fruit and berry syrup or jam.

Porridge in milk is cooked from cereals of all kinds. The exception is buckwheat (core).
