Often it happens that guests are on their way or have already arrived, and there is nothing to serve. What to do then? Make hot sandwiches with sprats! They will definitely help out, but you just need a can of sprat in stock.

- - sprats - 1 can.

Cut the loaf into slices of the required size. It is advisable to make not very large thickness.

Insert a clove of garlic through a crush 2 times. With the mashed potatoes, spread the slices of bread that were previously sliced.

Then place a few fish on each slice. Oil can also be poured from a can on bread, if desired.

Put a teaspoon of mayonnaise and ketchup on top of the fish. Top each slice with a slice of cheese. Hold in the oven or microwave until the cheese melts. You can also use a dry frying pan for these purposes.

Serve sandwiches with sprats in a hot form. Such an appetizer will come in handy for a sudden visit of guests or just when I wanted to quickly eat.
Useful advice
It is best to hold the slices in a preheated oven for 3 minutes, and then do the rest of the manipulations. Then they will be slightly dried on top. After cool them and rub on all sides with garlic.
