- - gelatin - 30 g;
- - fruit jelly - 2 pieces;
- - sugar - to taste;
- - food coloring on the tip of a knife.

Pour fruit jelly and gelatin with water according to the instructions, leave to swell.

Pour two liters of water into the pan, add the swollen gelatin with jelly, put sugar, dye, bring to a boil. Just do not boil! Cool to room temperature.

Rinse the selected fruits, cut into pieces at your discretion (so that they look beautiful in the finished cake).

Pour a little jelly into the mold in a centimeter layer, put in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

Put pieces of fruit on a frozen layer, pour jelly, put it in the freezer again. Repeat this procedure until the fruit is laid out until the end.
