You will need
- - apple - 2 pcs.

- - sesame, olive or peanut butter - 2 tbsp.
- - honey - 2 tbsp
- - lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- - raisins - 2 tbsp.
- - rum, cognac or port - 2 tbsp.
- - orange - 1 pc.
- - grapes (seedless) - 200 g
- - banana - 2 pcs.

Squeeze the juice from the orange. Rub the zest with half an orange.

Pour boiling water over the raisins for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, add the orange juice and rum so that they completely cover the raisins. Leave to marinate.

Take the grapes and cut it into halves.

Peel an apple, cut it into cubes.

Put all the fruits along with the raisins in a deep bowl, cut the banana into rings and add there. Then make the sauce.

In order to prepare the sauce, you need to dissolve honey in lemon juice, add the zest of orange, marinade left over from raisins, and sesame oil. It is better to take peanut butter, but if you wish, you can get by with olive.

Then pour poppy seeds into your salad and mix well. Season the salad and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Salad ready.

If the raisins are too large, it is better to cut it into pieces.
