  • - soft processed cheese - 200 g;

  • - feta cheese - 200 g;

  • - green apple - 1 pc.;

  • - capers - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - pine nuts - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - sour cream 15% - 6 tbsp. l.;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;

  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - garlic - 2 cloves;

  • - greens of dill and cilantro - 30 g;

  • - lettuce - 12 pcs.

Gently cut the feta cheese into cubes (1X1 cm).

Cooking marinade. Remove the zest from the lemon. Grind greens and garlic. Combine vegetable oil, lemon zest, herbs, garlic, pepper. Pour the cheese cubes with marinade, leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

For tomatoes, cut off the top, remove a little pulp. Roomy cups should come out.

Cooking toppings. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into small cubes, pour with lemon juice. Beat cheese with sour cream, add apple, capers and nuts, pepper. Shuffle. Stuffed tomatoes with the cooked filling.

Put a few lettuce on a serving plate. Put stuffed tomato in the center, and lay out the cubes of pickled feta cheese around. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
