To make a cake without baking you will need: inexpensive butter biscuits of a square shape (for example, "For tea", "For coffee", "Anniversary" or the like, it is possible with cocoa, coconut flakes) about 100-200 g, sour cream or very thick cream - 1-1.5 cups, sugar to taste, a pinch of vanilla or vanillin.

Cooking cake. Mix sour cream with sugar, add vanillin. Try the resulting cream, if sugar is not enough for your taste, add. If you have cream, beat them in a strong foam with sugar and vanilla.

Put a layer of cookies on a wide dish, smear it with cream, then put the second layer and again the cream. Make as many layers as you want. Cookies can be laid out with the same size layers or each subsequent layer can be made a little smaller to make a pyramid.

Sprinkle cocoa cake with coconut or chocolate on top. You can use special sugar decorations that are sold for these purposes. It will also be nice to cut into halves and lay on top a dozen strawberries, grapes, and banana slices. By the way, as a topping, you can use one finely crushed liver.

Place the collected cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half, so that the cookies are saturated with cream.

Useful tip: try putting thin slices of banana between layers of cookies, along with cream. This option also turns out to be very tasty. If you like nuts, use them to decorate this cake.
