- • Sugar - 50 g.

First of all, grate the zest of lemon and orange.

Then squeeze the juice out of them. It will take about 100ml.

White butter grind with granulated sugar. Add juice and zest. Mix well.

Then add eggs, baking powder and sifted flour. Knead the dough well so that no lumps form.

Put the resulting dough into molds with a layer about a centimeter and bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven warmed up to 180 degrees.
