This dish has a pleasant sharpness and unusual taste. Prepare the squid carcasses. To do this, rinse them thoroughly under cold water, then boil in slightly salted water. After this, you need to get them out of the water carefully, cool and cut into thin rings. Next, put the carcasses in the pan, carefully filling them with seasoning.

Onions should be peeled, cut into half rings and marinated in a mixture of sugar, apple cider vinegar and salt.

Then you need to shift the onions to the squid, add oil and mix. Place a refrigerator for two hours to cool. After this time, the pickled Korean squid is ready in Korean.
