Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare salsa: mix pieces of tomato, onion, pepper and cilantro with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and pepper; transfer to serving bowl.

Warm the remaining oil in a pan, put the slices of fillet and fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are browned. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Wrap the cakes in foil and reheat in the oven. Serve rolled up or folded into a triangle with chicken and salsa. You can also add cheese and sour cream.
