Celery goes well with any fruit, but it is especially good in a duet with apples. Choose sweet and juicy fruits and complement the composition with avocado pulp, cheese and mint. Peel the not too ripe avocado, remove the stone, cut the flesh into cubes. Chop 2 large sweet apples without peels and seeds. Put apples and avocados in a large bowl, add 60 g seedless raisins, 100 g crumbled cheese Chester, 150 g sweet canned corn.

100 g of natural yogurt mix with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of apple juice, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped mint. Pour the salad into the sauce and mix. Serve, spreading in a slide on lettuce leaves.

Boiled chicken can be replaced with fried chicken. The salad will acquire a different, no less pleasant taste.

Make a hearty salad with chicken, which will completely replace the main dish for lunch or dinner. Boil 400 g skinless chicken. Cool the meat and cut it into cubes. Grind 100 g blue cheese in the same way. Cook and refrigerate 100 g of brown rice. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, add 100 g of chopped celery root. 3 ripe sweet red apples and 60 g of radish cut into thin slices and put in a salad too. In 150 g of unsweetened yogurt, add salt, freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard. Mix the sauce, fill it with salad and mix. Serve with dried cereal bread or baguette.

A very tasty and easy option is a salad with herbs, celery and grapes. It can be served as a mouth-watering appetizer or garnish for grilled meat or fish. Wash and dry the Frieze and Riccio salads. It will take one bunch of each grade. Chop the straws radically, mix with 1 large bunch of small seedless grapes and 2 celery stalks, cut into small pieces. Cover the bowl with frieze salad.

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, juice of 1 lemon and sweet mustard. Shake the container well so that the sauce becomes uniform. Pour them a mixture of celery, grapes and radicchio, mix well and put in a bowl on top of the leaves of a frize salad. Serve immediately.
