Hearty Diet Salad with Oranges

Ingredients:

- 2 oranges;

- 1 chicken breast;

- 1 cucumber;

- 50 g of green salad;

- 50 ml of olive oil;

- 25 ml of lemon juice;

- 10 ml of apple cider vinegar;

- a pinch of ground black pepper;

- salt;

- vegetable oil;

- parsley for decoration.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water and lightly fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool the white meat and cut into thin transverse slices. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and cover them with two flat plates. Place the cucumber semicircles and peeled orange slices on top. Separately mix olive oil with vinegar and lemon juice, add pepper and a little salt. Pour over the salad with the prepared sauce and garnish with parsley leaves.

Braised pork with oranges

Ingredients:

- 500 g of pork;

- 2 oranges;

- 1/3 tsp a mixture of three peppers and marjoram;

- 1/2 tsp salts;

- vegetable oil.

Wash the meat, dry it and cut into medium slices. Heat the vegetable oil and quickly fry the pork until a crust appears. Reduce heat to a minimum, cover the dishes with a lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Season it with spices and salt.

Free oranges from skins, cut into thick mugs and lay on top of the meat. Languish it for another 10 minutes. Stir everything, hold on the stove for another 3-4 minutes, then set aside and immediately serve.

Orange Charlotte

Ingredients:

- 2 oranges;

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 200 g of flour;

- 10 g of baking powder;

- 200 g of sugar;

- 30 g of butter.

Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer, gradually adding sugar. Without stopping beating, introduce the sifted flour with the baking powder into the egg mixture. Stir well until smooth. Peel the oranges, remove the release liners and chop the juicy pulp.

Coat the heat-resistant form with melted butter. Pour half the dough into it, spread the filling and fill with the remaining flour mass. Bake charlotte with oranges for 50 minutes at 200oC.
