You will need

  • Sunflower oil 2 table. spoons

  • Onions - 1 pc.,

  • Three quarters of a glass of dry wine

  • Garlic - 5 cloves,

  • Fresh carrots - 2 pcs.,

  • Potato -2 pcs.,

  • 4-5 glasses of vegetable or chicken broth,

  • Parsley - 1 bunch,

  • Fresh thyme - 8 sprigs or dry 2 tsp.

  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.,

  • String beans - 1 cup,

  • Fresh spinach - a bunch,

  • To taste salt and pepper.

Pour the broth into the pan and bring to a boil.

Finely chop the onion, chop the potatoes and carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown, add to the broth.

Pour in the wine and finely chopped garlic. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Then add carrots, after 3-4 minutes pour potatoes.

Add thyme, bay leaf, parsley, pepper and salt to the soup.

Close the lid, bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add green beans, spinach and cook for another 5 minutes. Delicious lean soup is ready!
