Rinse the turkey fillet (you can replace the chicken fillet), put in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil, salt to taste. Cook over medium heat until cooked, it will take about half an hour. Cool the boiled fillet, tear into fiber pieces with your hands.

Heat a frying pan, pour oil, put the fillet in it, fry until golden over medium heat, salt, add pepper and curry to taste, mix. Remove the pan from the stove.

Rinse the fresh cucumber, cut it into half rings. Rinse the spinach, tear the leaves into small pieces or cut with a sharp knife in the form of straws. Rinse a fresh apple, peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice so that they do not darken. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 parts.

On a small fire, heat a dry frying pan, put sesame seeds on it, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
