In a prepared pan, put peeled and chopped potatoes, garlic, add water to cover all vegetables with water, let it boil, add salt, pepper, cook until tender.

Make mashed potatoes with added butter.

Cut mushrooms into large plates, onions - rings. Put mushrooms in a pan with heated sunflower oil and fry until half-cooked, then add onion, salt, pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are golden.

Take a convenient heat-resistant dish, lay out the ingredients in layers - half the mashed potatoes, distribute throughout the mold, then put the mushrooms with onions and another layer of the mashed potatoes and smooth them well.

Beat the egg and pour on top of the casserole, flatten thoroughly. Put in the oven for half an hour (180 degrees).
