An excellent fish is obtained from the oven, and a spinach tender sauce complements it. Instead of salmon, you can take pink salmon or trout, but spinach is not recommended to be replaced with sorrel - you get a completely different sauce, not tender, but sour.

- - 300 ml cream of 20% fat content;
- - 150 g of onion;
- - 100 g of spinach;
- - lemon or lime;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;

Prepare the sauce, for this, chop the peeled garlic cloves, finely chop the onion, chop the spinach. Fry garlic and onions in vegetable oil, add cream, mix. Cook until lightly thickened.

You can decorate the finished dish with sprigs of parsley. Spread slices of lemon or lime on a plate next to it.
