Instead of salmon, you can take pink salmon or trout, but spinach is not recommended to be replaced with sorrel - you get a completely different sauce, not tender, but sour.

  • - 700 g of salmon fillet;

  • - 300 ml cream of 20% fat content;

  • - 150 g of onion;

  • - 100 g of spinach;

  • - lemon or lime;

  • - 5 cloves of garlic;

  • - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Cut the salmon fillet into 1 cm slices, put into a mold. Pepper, salt to taste. Drizzle with lime or lemon juice. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Prepare the sauce, for this, chop the peeled garlic cloves, finely chop the onion, chop the spinach. Fry garlic and onions in vegetable oil, add cream, mix. Cook until lightly thickened.

Put the cooked baked salmon on plates, pour plenty of warm sauce, serve immediately.

You can decorate the finished dish with sprigs of parsley. Spread slices of lemon or lime on a plate next to it.
