Initially, it is necessary to cut the buns lengthwise into two parts, without cutting them to the end. Remove the crumb from the bottom.

Cooking Salad:
- fry the crumb in a pan;
- we rub the eggs;
- finely chop the shrimp;
- mix all the ingredients, add red caviar;
- season with mayonnaise.

We start the buns with salad. So that they do not close, put a toothpick.
For decoration, use a quail egg (half), which will act as a pearl.
