Sort ripe cherries well, remove leaves and stalks. Pour into a large sieve and wash well. Let the cherry dry completely. Cut each cherry berry with a sharp knife into halves and remove the seeds.

Cook the dough. To do this, mix together 200 grams of flour and 150 grams of sugar in a cup. Add softened butter and a little salt, mix. Transfer half of the mixture to the cling film and put in the refrigerator.

Grease the baking dish with oil, evenly distribute the dough on it, make a small side. Preheat the oven and place the mold in it. Bake for fifteen minutes.

In the blender, beat the eggs, add the remaining sugar and flour, beat again. Add vanillin and sour cream, bring the mixture to homogeneity. Pour the mixture into a deep cup and add cherries, mix without crushing. Place the filling on top of the baked dough. Remove the remaining dough from the refrigerator and rub it on top. Put in the oven and bake for forty minutes.

Beat three proteins and a little sugar, add lemon juice. Lay on top of the cake in a small layer and hold for five minutes in a preheated oven.
