Delicious jelly can be prepared both in summer from fresh berries, and in winter from frozen.

You will need
- - pan;
- - a blender;
- - colander or sieve;
- - gooseberry 3 \ 4 cups;
- - cherry 3 \ 4 cups;
- - raspberries 0.5 cups;
- - strawberries 0.5 cups;
- - red currant 0.5 cup;
- - black currant 0.5 cup;
- - sugar 5-7 tbsp. spoons;
- - lime 1 pc.;
- - starch 100 g;
- - cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon;
- To decorate:
- - berries of cherries and currants.

Sort the berries and rinse under running water. Separate gooseberries, raspberries and currants from twigs. For strawberries, remove the sepals. Remove the seeds from the cherry.

Pour 2.5 liters of cold water into the pan, add sugar and stir. Bring to a boil. Put gooseberries in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Then add raspberries, strawberries, currants and cherries. Cook together for about 10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and strain the contents through a colander or sieve. Wipe the berries through a sieve or beat with a blender until smooth.

Take 150 ml of berry broth and cool. Add the starch to the cooled broth and stir. Pour lime over boiling water, dry and squeeze the juice.

Berry broth once again bring the boil. Add cinnamon, lime juice and berry puree, cook the mixture for 2 minutes. Then, stirring, pour the diluted starch into the boiling broth. Stir well and remove from heat.
note
If you increase the amount of starch by 2 times, you get a thick jelly and you can eat it with a spoon, like jelly.
